Keep The Connection is your local, Earth centered, 100% outdoor based afterschool program, that brings the kids to their neighboring nature site. They travel by foot with their mentors and classmates, where they set up their temporary outdoor camp, rain or shine. After a long day at school, we provide an opportunity to simply be in nature and to “keep the connection”. Our Keep The Connection family get to relax along the shore and tree-lined park under canopies and warmed by small propane campfires. Our mentors facilitate safe, free range exploration, high paced activities like predator and prey, slack-lining, wild crafting and outdoor survival skills.
